We provide technical support based on the package you have purchased. "Setup Support" includes initial installation and configuration. Custom modifications or extensive feature additions are considered separate services and will be billed accordingly.

Plixweb shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services, including any loss of data or business interruption.
